have to pay premium salaries, offer attractive bonus and benefit
schemes - all of this will eat into the profitability of the

Another consideration must also be; how long can I afford
to employ a proven expert on a top wage? Will a true expert
join your workforce without the security of long term employment?
Is it possible that; without the funds to include job security
and longevity into your package; you may actually hire a dud
on top wages??
